Ak je to možné, môžete nám poslať alebo priniesť svoje obrázky v akomkoľvek stave, v akom sa momentálne nachádzajú.
POZNÁMKA – Hoci obrázky môžete naskenovať a poslať nám e-mailom, väčšina domácich skenerov je nastavená na 300 dpi.
Optimalizujeme naše vybavenie a skenujeme vaše obrázky s rozlíšením minimálne 1640 dpi v závislosti od veľkosti, veku, typu papiera a kvality.
Odtiaľ používame širokú škálu fotografického editačného a grafického softvéru od Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Imagenmonics, Exposure a DxO, aby sme zvýraznili pôvodné farby, tóny pleti, typ filmu a papiera, potom opravili akékoľvek poškodenie a odstránili prach z pôvodného obrázka. V prípade potreby.
Aj keď je obrázok zaseknutý v sklenenom ráme alebo fotoalbume, všetka nádej nie je stratená! Stačí nás kontaktovať a prediskutovať situáciu.
Ak je to niečo také jednoduché, ako je starý obrázok, ktorý chcete vyčistiť a zmeniť jeho veľkosť, môžeme vám vyhovieť.
Obnovenie farieb z čiernobielych obrázkov je niečo, čo môžeme urobiť, avšak vzhľadom na zdĺhavosť tohto procesu vyžadujeme zálohu 50 £, než naplánujeme vaše reštaurátorské práce.
Po dokončení obnovy vám vrátime vaše pôvodné snímky a digitálnu kópiu obnovenej snímky. Dôrazne odporúčame profesionálnu tlač a poskytujeme tlačové služby na najkvalitnejšie archívne fotografické papiere a atramenty, aby vaše snímky vydržali pre ďalšie generácie.

Due to the nature of slides & Negatives, and to get the best out of your physical photographs, it's best for them to be either brought or sent to us. We understand that most people would prefer to bring their treasured items in person, however if you're unable we can help arrange collection for you.

How to Send Us Your Digital Images
Ready to bring your photos back to life? Follow this simple, step-by-step guide to prepare and upload your images.
Step 1: Scan Your Image
For the highest quality restoration, use these optimal scanner settings:

Resolution: Set your scanner between 300 dpi and 900 dpi.

File Format: We accept JPG, PNG, TIF, and PDF. (We highly recommend PNG or TIF for the best results).

File Size: Our upload form accepts files up to 15MB.

Step 2: Upload and Submit
Once your files are ready, use the form below to send them over:

📦 Have a Large or Fragile Physical Item?
