För att kunna ge bästa möjliga service använder vi den senaste mjukvaran och tekniken som finns.
Hur det fungerar:
Du kan skicka eller ge oss dina bilder i vilket skick de än är i, om möjligt.
OBS - Även om du kan skanna och mejla dina bilder till oss är de flesta hemskannrar inställda på 300 dpi.
Vi optimerar vår utrustning och skannar in dina bilder med minst 1640 dpi beroende på storlek, ålder, papperstyp och kvalitet.
Därifrån använder vi ett brett utbud av fotografiska redigerings- och grafikprogram från Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Imagenmonics, Exposure och DxO för att få fram de ursprungliga färgerna, hudtonerna, filmen och papperstypen och sedan reparera eventuella skador och ta bort damm från originalbilden om det behövs.
Även om bilden sitter fast i en glasram eller fotoalbum är inte allt hopp ute! Kontakta oss bara för att diskutera situationen.
Om det är något så enkelt som en gammal bild som du vill städa upp och ändra storlek på kan vi ta emot dig.
Färgrestaurering från svartvita bilder är något vi kan göra, men på grund av den här processens längd kräver vi en deposition på 50 £ innan vi kan schemalägga ditt restaureringsarbete.
När restaureringen är klar kommer vi att returnera dina originalbilder och en digital kopia av den återställda bilden. Vi rekommenderar starkt professionell utskrift och tillhandahåller utskriftstjänster på arkivfotopapper och bläck av högsta kvalitet för att säkerställa att dina bilder håller i generationer framöver.

Due to the nature of slides & Negatives, and to get the best out of your physical photographs, it's best for them to be either brought or sent to us. We understand that most people would prefer to bring their treasured items in person, however if you're unable we can help arrange collection for you.

How to Send Us Your Digital Images
Ready to bring your photos back to life? Follow this simple, step-by-step guide to prepare and upload your images.
Step 1: Scan Your Image
For the highest quality restoration, use these optimal scanner settings:

Resolution: Set your scanner between 300 dpi and 900 dpi.

File Format: We accept JPG, PNG, TIF, and PDF. (We highly recommend PNG or TIF for the best results).

File Size: Our upload form accepts files up to 15MB.

Step 2: Upload and Submit
Once your files are ready, use the form below to send them over:

Attach your file: Scroll down to the "Upload" section, click 'Choose File', and select your scanned image.

Add your details: Fill out your contact information and tell us about any specific restoration requests or details you'd like us to focus on.

Hit Send: Submit the form, and our team will get back to you promptly with an assessment.
📦 Have a Large or Fragile Physical Item?
If your item is too large for a standard scanner, please use your phone or a digital camera to take a clear, well-lit photo of it. Attach that photo to the form below so we can assess the damage and advise you on the best and safest way to get the original to our studio.
