This allows them to clear your merchandise, process the paperwork, and facilitate the delivery of your artwork.

1.4 Refusal or Non-Payment of Fees

If a package is refused or abandoned due to a non-payment of customs charges, it may be returned to us or destroyed by the border authorities. In these unfortunate circumstances, Thorn Valley Studios cannot be held responsible for the shipping costs, customs fees, or the cost of the artwork itself, and a refund will not be issued.
