Como funciona:
Você pode nos enviar ou trazer sua(s) imagem(ns) em qualquer condição em que se encontrem, se possível.
OBSERVAÇÃO - Embora você possa digitalizar e enviar suas imagens por e-mail, a maioria dos scanners domésticos está configurada para 300 dpi.
Otimizamos nossos equipamentos e digitalizamos suas imagens em no mínimo 1640dpi dependendo do tamanho, idade, tipo de papel e qualidade.
A partir daí, usamos uma ampla gama de softwares gráficos e de edição fotográfica do Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Imagenmonics, Exposure e DxO para destacar as cores originais, tons de pele, filme e tipo de papel, reparando qualquer dano e removendo a poeira da imagem original se necessário.
Mesmo que a imagem esteja presa dentro de uma moldura de vidro ou álbum de fotos, toda a esperança não está perdida! Basta entrar em contato conosco para discutir a situação.
Se for algo tão simples como uma imagem antiga que você deseja limpar e redimensionar, podemos acomodá-lo.
A restauração de cores de imagens em preto e branco é algo que podemos fazer, no entanto, devido à duração desse processo, exigimos um depósito de £ 50 antes de podermos agendar seu trabalho de restauração.
Assim que a restauração estiver concluída, devolveremos sua(s) imagem(ns) original(is) e uma cópia digital da imagem restaurada. Recomendamos a impressão profissional e fornecemos serviços de impressão em papéis fotográficos e tintas de arquivo da mais alta qualidade para garantir que suas imagens durem por gerações.

Due to the nature of slides & Negatives, and to get the best out of your physical photographs, it's best for them to be either brought or sent to us. We understand that most people would prefer to bring their treasured items in person, however if you're unable we can help arrange collection for you.

How to Send Us Your Digital Images
Ready to bring your photos back to life? Follow this simple, step-by-step guide to prepare and upload your images.
Step 1: Scan Your Image
For the highest quality restoration, use these optimal scanner settings:

Resolution: Set your scanner between 300 dpi and 900 dpi.

File Format: We accept JPG, PNG, TIF, and PDF. (We highly recommend PNG or TIF for the best results).

File Size: Our upload form accepts files up to 15MB.

Step 2: Upload and Submit
Once your files are ready, use the form below to send them over:

📦 Have a Large or Fragile Physical Item?
If your item is too large for a standard scanner, please use your phone or a digital camera to take a clear, well-lit photo of it. Attach that photo to the form below so we can assess the damage and advise you on the best and safest way to get the original to our studio.
