Classic Frame:

• Moulding measurements: 30mm wide and 25mm deep
• Photo frames available in 2 stylish colours: black or white
• Quality durable paint finish
• Picture frames are ready to hang or stand in portrait or landscape
• Sizes of 16x12 inches and above are to hang only
• Fitted with high quality float glass, MDF backing board and corner protectors
• Standard or custom mounts available in 1.4mm white core acid free mount board in a choice of colours
• Please note that custom sizes may take up to 10 working days from date of placing the order to delivery.
Traditional Frame:
· Our Traditional Frame range is made to order from a high quality pine
· The frame dimensions refer to the glass size
· The moulding measures 40mm wide and 20mm deep
· Frames are ready to hang in both portrait and landscape whilst frames up to and including 14x11 inches are to stand also
· Each frame comes with an MDF backing board and is fitted with glass however please note that frame sizes larger than 20x16 inches will come fitted with high clarity perspex safety glass as standard.
Refund Policy
Please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days) if there is a problem with your item. Quality is paramount to us.
After returning the item to us within 14 days, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
All in accordance with UK law.

We use Royal Mail and offer standard and tracked options.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

All of our products are hand made to order by us in Devon.
We take pride in making sure that all of our products leave here in perfect condition, and we take our time to ensure that each item exceeds your expectation. We advise the following order fulfilment times:
- For standard Open Edition Prints Only, Cards Colouring Books and Calendars, please allow up to 1-3 working days for dispatch.
- For Framed Prints & Large Format Prints, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.
We will notify you via email when your purchase is dispatched.
