Puede enviarnos o traernos su(s) imagen(es) en cualquier condición en la que se encuentren actualmente, si es posible.
NOTA: si bien puede escanear y enviarnos sus imágenes por correo electrónico, la mayoría de los escáneres domésticos están configurados a 300 ppp.
Optimizamos nuestro equipo y escaneamos tus imágenes a un mínimo de 1640dpi dependiendo del tamaño, antigüedad, tipo de papel y calidad.
A partir de ahí, utilizamos una amplia gama de software de gráficos y edición fotográfica de Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Imagenmonics, Exposure y DxO para resaltar los colores originales, los tonos de piel, la película y el tipo de papel, luego reparamos cualquier daño y eliminamos el polvo de la imagen original. si es requerido.
¡Incluso si la imagen está atrapada dentro de un marco de vidrio o un álbum de fotos, no se pierde toda esperanza! Solo contáctenos para discutir la situación.
Si es algo tan simple como una imagen antigua que desea limpiar y cambiar de tamaño, podemos acomodarlo.
La restauración de color de imágenes en blanco y negro es algo que podemos hacer, sin embargo, debido a la duración de este proceso, requerimos un depósito de £50 antes de que podamos programar su trabajo de restauración.
Una vez que se complete la restauración, le devolveremos su(s) imagen(es) original(es) y una copia digital de la imagen restaurada. Due to the nature of slides & Negatives, and to get the best out of your physical photographs, it's best for them to be either brought or sent to us. We understand that most people would prefer to bring their treasured items in person, however if you're unable we can help arrange collection for you.

How to Send Us Your Digital Images

Step 1: Scan Your Image
For the highest quality restoration, use these optimal scanner settings:

Resolution: Set your scanner between 300 dpi and 900 dpi.

File Format: We accept JPG, PNG, TIF, and PDF. (We highly recommend PNG or TIF for the best results).

File Size: Our upload form accepts files up to 15MB.

Step 2: Upload and Submit
