1.1 International Deliveries & Import Fees

1.3 Customs Clearance & Agency

When ordering from Thorn Valley Studios, you are considered the importer of record for the goods. By placing your order, you authorise us to designate our courier (such as DPD or Royal Mail) to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities. This allows them to clear your merchandise, process the paperwork, and facilitate the delivery of your artwork.

1.4 Refusal or Non-Payment of Fees

If a package is refused or abandoned due to a non-payment of customs charges, it may be returned to us or destroyed by the border authorities. In these unfortunate circumstances, Thorn Valley Studios cannot be held responsible for the shipping costs, customs fees, or the cost of the artwork itself, and a refund will not be issued.
